Careers, Coffee and Cake

F.A.M.E. Update

Our fantastic Year 7 Career Champions have been busy researching an exciting and wide range of activities available in their local areas that all pupils can get involved with in their spare time. See attached for a list of great ideas, there really is something for everyone. Although it might be difficult to do some of the activities right now in these strange times, keep them in mind for the future!

Congratulations to Lex Lowday, Year 7 at Up Holland High School who won the £50 voucher for her fabulous efforts in the research competition.

Great news another competition is now running for Year 7 students, Career North have launched an 8 week Career Challenge, if you have not yet entered don’t worry you can start at anytime, you just need to have the 8 weeks completed by September 2020.

Remember you have to be in it to win it and with 4 prizes (2 x £50 and 2 x£25) it’s definitely worth having a go!

We are uploading some of the fab FAME resources to the school website, don’t forget to check them out!

Thank you for your continued support, we couldn’t do it without you!
